Cynthia Diaz - Head Color Guard Coach
Cynthia (Cindy) Diaz has been involved in the performing arts for over half her life - about 15 years. She is a Burbank Alumni - class of 2010. She was a part of the first Independent Winter Guard Unit established in Burbank back in 2013 while attending Cal State Northridge. Her major was in Deaf Studies under Education, with a Focus in Community Services. She graduated from CSUN with her Bachelor of Arts in 2015. In addition, she has been working for Burbank Unified as a Substitute Teacher since 2017 obtaining her CBEST credential under California Commission on Teacher Credentialing(CTC). She have been coaching with both High Schools - John Burroughs, and Burbank High professionally over the last 10 years.

Ian Uvas - Drumline: Battery Caption Head
Ian Uvas is the battery caption head at Burbank High School. His life changing experience as a performer for many marching groups has inspired him to give back to the community by teaching students and future marchers what it takes to participate in marching band and indoor drumline. In the past he has marched Vessel Drum and Bugle Corp, Impulse Drum and Bugle Corp, Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corp, PCC Indoor Drumline, Instinct Indoor Percussion, and currently Vessel Indoor Percussion.
He is currently studying at Pasadena City College as a music major with the intent to transfer to a University as a music education major. When he is not marching or teaching, he enjoys playing drum set, guitar, piano, clarinet, alto sax, and singing and songwriting for any genre of music. When he is not doing music, he enjoys playing basketball, writing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Andrew Greenberg - Front Ensemble Caption Head
Andrew Greenberg is a freelance percussionist based in Los Angeles, CA. He has performed with several organizations, including the PCC Lancer Marching Band, the CSUN Symphony Orchestra, Mission Opera, the Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, and Pulse Percussion. Andy received his bachelor of music at California State University, Northridge with a focus on percussion performance. He was hired in 2023 as a staff member at Burbank HS and John Burroughs HS. Additionally, Andy is on staff at Simi Valley HS, Westlake HS, Notre Dame HS, and Bakersfield College. He primarily works with the stationary percussion sections, also referred to as the front ensemble, in marching band and indoor drumline. Andy also offers private lessons in all percussion, including drumset.
